A respected manufacturer located near Newmarket is aiming to grow its production team by hiring practical, hands-on Assembly Operatives. This company, which specializes in high-spec antennas for global commercial, military, and satellite sectors, is looking for motivated candidates to help meet increasing demand from their expanding order book. All applicants must have access to their own vehicle to commute to this site As an Assembly Operative, you'll work on the production of advanced antenna and satellite modules, cutting materials, soldering components, and using a variety of tools to bring precision-built units to life. Assembly Operative Duties: Assembling satellite and antenna units/modules with precision Soldering and cutting components to specification Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Following work instructions and technical drawings (training provided) Maintaining a clean and organised workstation Collaborating with a supportive team in a workshop environmentWho are we looking for?
