Siemens are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Partner Services team based in Manchester.The partner services team play a critical role in supportingand maintaining relationships with our customers and partners. The teamprovides a dedicated support service both to external partners and internalstakeholders, managing specific programs such as, supplier maintenance, insurance,and management data. The team acts as a single point of contact for operationalqueries as well as supporting the sales teams with new business and providingthe appropriate verification and authorisation for key business activities.
A key part of theSales department, the team assists with identifying areas of improvement andthe implementation of necessary changes.
You’ll make a difference by:
·Managing allpartner queries and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
·Maximisingupon revenue opportunities for SFS through identification and capture of newbusiness opportunities.
·Support,manage and oversee the maintenance programs including queries relating toself-invoicing, maintenance inflations
·Manage thePartner Services e-mail inbox ensuring all queries are turned around within thegiven SLA timings.
·Carry outfinancial adjustments as required, ensuring compliance with all associatedcontrols and processes.
·Sign offand amend all dealer amendments i.e. bank account changes etc
·Ensurehigh levels of communication with key customers both internally and externally
·Maintainrelationships with established dealers/suppliers
·See beyondthe departments boundaries to keep up to date with all forms of communicationwithin SFS
You’ll build on your existing expertise, including:
·Excellentcommunication skills in call handling, creating opportunities to exceedpartners expectations and build rapport, maintaining close businessrelationships
·Ability to developand implement new, more effective ways of working
·Plan timeeffectively to manage changes in workflow, periods of increased demand
·IT literate, withability to use a range of systems.
