We are seeking a Brand & Social Media Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting September 2025.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for executing the organic social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the social media calendar, updating and scheduling content collaboratively with the Brand, Digital, and Creative teams.
2. Contribute to the cross-departmental calendar with social plans and campaigns for awareness.
3. Oversee the output of the Social Media Assistant and Social Media Executive, ensuring timely content delivery.
4. Support in creating ‘always on’ content for paid and organic social channels.
5. Analyze and report social data, adjusting strategies as needed.
6. Innovate and generate exciting ideas to advance the brand on social media and beyond.
7. Grow and engage our online community, retaining customers and attracting new ones.
8. Assist with campaigns and partnerships.
9. Stay updated on platform developments and test new platforms.
10. Manage the ‘Indie Biz’ programme, including weekly gifting and community management.
11. Collaborate with the PR Manager to bring in new talent and influencers aligned with the brand vision.

The Fine Print
1. Salary based on experience.
2. 30-hour/4-day workweek.
