Graduate Town Planner - Cardiff
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for shaping places and communities? I'm currently working with a highly respected, design-led planning consultancy based in Cardiff that is looking to appoint a Graduate Town Planner to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you'll be working alongside experienced planners, architects, and urban designers on a wide range of exciting projects across the UK. You'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the planning process, helping to deliver innovative and sustainable developments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
* Supporting the production of planning statements and reports
* Conducting site appraisals and research
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Contributing to project meetings and design discussions
About You
* Recently graduated (or graduating soon) with a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
* Working towards (or keen to work towards) MRTPI accreditation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
* A genuine interest in placemaking and the built environment
