We're hiring a Trainee Customer Services Representative for our client.
Location: Northampton NN5 (excellent public transport links)
Salary: Starting salary of £24,784.50 PA
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Youll play a vital role as the link between customers, sales, and internal operationsensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability, and pricing
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and discrepancies professionally
Manage returns, invoice queries, and order amendments
Maintain accurate customer records and pricing data
Support sales activity, including promotions and customer follow-ups
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with IT systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
