We are looking for an agile and proactive Warehouse Manager with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Global Operations team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all Warehouse operations relating to order fulfilment and OKA needs, whilst maintaining a clean, safe and positive working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinating our team of Warehouse Operatives
* Organising the efficient and safe storage of OKA products
* Monitor WMS and make improvements to drive warehouse efficiencies.
* Data reporting and recording on department performance
* Maintain and manage the layout of the Warehouse for receiving new stock, stock rotation, stock picking, and ensure products remain in an undamaged condition
* Establish operations goals for the department to maximise team performance
* Manage and control all waste materials in the Warehouse
* Communicating and interacting with clients, vendors and suppliers
* Meeting regularly with other Global Operations Managers to assess, analyse and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity to help develop more efficient systems of work with the aim of improving business performance
* Management and accountability of all team members, performance, and department processes
* To develop the team and ensure they have the skills to create a positive customer experience, ensuring they have had the relevant training to complete their roles
* Promotes teamwork and empowerment within the Warehouse and wider OKA teams
* To ensure that all Health and Safety rules and procedures within the department are adhered to at all times.

ABOUT YOU
* A creative, problem-solving spirit
* Passion for the OKA brand
* Previous experience in a managerial role or similar
* High-level organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal English required due to customer communications.
* A good communicator to all levels of staff.
* An understanding of a premium brand and how this should be communicated to our customers.
* Good computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
* Actively seeks continuous personal improvement and improvement in the working environment.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-moving business, to be able to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
