As the Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring all kitchen areas, utensils and equipment are clean, sanitised and ready to use.
2. Cleaning dishes, floors and kitchen equipment in a sanitary and timely manner.
3. Maintaining clean and tidy kitchen surfaces to support a safe working environment.
4. Operating the dishwashing machine safely and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
