A Private Education organisation based in London, are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for a 12-18 month FTC with the view to go permanent. The role is operating in a true partnering capacity with a view to start in July. Client Details Private Education Organisation Based in London Description An Interim HR Business Partner to: - Work collaboratively with the new HR Director in transforming the HR function and establish a more strategic business partnering model - Lead the implementation of a new HR System, - Review and update HR policies and processes with improvements - Drive organisation change - Strong HR Partnering responsibilities - Develop EDI strategies and initiatives with a key focus on well-being and neuro-diversity - Lead on reward activity including job analysis, grading and bench marking - Coach and advise the wider business on HR best practice and solutions - Lead on employee relation casework in collaboration with the wider team - Use data to provide recommendations and inform decisions Profile An Interim HR Business Partner with: - Previous HR Partnering experience - Previous experience in developing EDI initiatives - Previous experience leading complex ER casework - Ability to use data to influence decisions - Data driven - Previous reward experience desirable - Very open on sector experience Job Offer Interim HR Business Partner 12-18 month FTC with the view to go permanent Based in London Salary up to £65,000 with great benefits Start from July
