Chef de Partie

We are recruiting for a full time Chef de Partie to help us deliver exceptional standards of service, quality and performance. We are looking for someone who shares the same passion for seasonal, local and quality produce and a willingness to learn.
As a Chef de Partie you will manage a section within the kitchen, work with the kitchen and restaurant teams, display your culinary skills whilst being guided by the expertise of our Head Chef.
You will be producing high quality dishes to deliver an excellent experience for our valued guests.
What you'll need ...
* Previous experience in a Commis or Chef De Partie role, preferably within a formal dining environment
* Fully understand how the role contributes to the success of the business
* Maintain a good level of understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry.
* Ability to work under pressure
* Build effective and constructive relationships.
* Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely.
* Work collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.
* Strives to improve service performance.
* Have a 'can-do' attitude
* Professionally presented
