The Job
* Minimum 2 Years Experience in Administrative Role
* Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Competent Use of Mac OS
* Customer Facing / Meet & Greet / Reception
* Invoicing input & output
* Follow up Inbound Leads to achieve appointments & meet targets
* Chasing Payments & Collections of Vehicles
* Answering & Dealing with Phone calls
* Booking & confirming appointments & maintaining diaries
* Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
* Highly Organised & Self Motivated
* Basic knowledge of Cars Ideal
* Updating & Maintaining Statistics on a daily basis
* Full driving licence
(You will be provided with full training & support for the above)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
