Technical Sales Manager Scotland Circa £55,000 plus excellent benefits Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following: •Delivering annual sales targets and gross margin objectives for the Scotland region. •Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand market share in Scottish engineering and CMM sectors. •Proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities •Managing the full sales cycle •Building strong, collaborative relationships with key accounts, partners, and third-party organisations. •Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. •Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are fully met. •Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and Hexagon product developments. To be considered for this role you must have: A proven track record in capital equipment sales within the Scottish engineering and CMM market. Experienced of the Scottish industrial landscape, customer needs and sector-specific challenges. Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
