A fashion brand based in Essex are looking to recruit an Ecommerce & Email Design Executive to support the day-to-day running of their Shopify store, from uploading new products and helping with visual merchandising, to designing digital assets and assisting with email marketing and TikTok Shop.
The Brand
A growing fashion brand based in Essex is looking to recruit an Ecommerce & Email Design Executive to support the day-to-day running of their Shopify store, with a strong emphasis on email marketing, CRM, and digital design. You'll be instrumental in building engaging Klaviyo campaigns, designing on-brand email assets, and supporting wider digital initiatives across ecommerce and social media.
The Role
* Own the design and execution of Klaviyo email campaigns and flows, working to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
* Create high-quality digital assets for emails, the website, and paid social that align with brand identity
* Support day-to-day Shopify operations, including uploading new products, organizing categories, and ensuring strong visual merchandising
* Assist in the coordination and setup of marketing campaigns, site launches, and promotional codes
* Contribute to TikTok Shop activities, including product listings and scheduling live streams
* Collaborate on affiliate marketing through Awin, managing partner communications and campaign uploads
* Stay up to date with trends across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and support paid social content with engaging visuals
* Help track and report on email and website performance, providing insights to improve results
