Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Faringdon. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
* Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements, providing triage to resolve issues.
* If unresolved, communicate with the landlord with a solution and arrange works with contractors.
* Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes.
* Make regular 'well-being' calls to landlords.
* Work with the property management team to ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
* Ensure all properties meet mandatory compliance/legislation, following company processes.
* Coordinate with Property Inventory Clerks for property inspections and communicate with landlords and tenants as per policy.
* Call managed landlords and tenants 2 weeks prior to vacation to explain check-out procedures and timelines.
* Handle non-managed deposits under the No Deposit Scheme.
* Ensure check-out procedures are followed, with communication via the Depositary site.
* Collaborate with team leaders, heads of centres, and branch networks to understand reasons for lost units.
* Maintain high communication standards with internal and external customers.

* Full UK Driving License required.
