Job Title: Experienced 360 Wheeled Excavator Operator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire (UK-wide travel required)
Salary: £18.50 per hour (45 hours per week) + overtime paid at time and a half

Job Purpose
Due to continued expansion, my client is actively seeking an experienced 360 Wheeled Excavator Operator to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavators on various construction sites, installing and recovering mats as part of a Trackway team.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate excavators to install and recover matting systems on various sites
* Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Work as part of a crew (two or more team members) across the UK, often with nights away in paid accommodation
* Ensure accurate paperwork and electronic record-keeping
* Adhere to strict health and safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
* Assist with installing and removing mats
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a 360 Wheeled Excavator Operator
* Proficient in operating excavators for commercial projects
* Experience using a tilt rotator
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
* Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug/alcohol screening
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
Desirable Skills
* SSSTS qualification preferred
* Valid CPC Licence (preferred)
* Valid CSCS card
* Clean UK Driving Licence
