Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: UK/Spain/Poland
In this role, you will be responsible for HR administration for employees in France, Spain, and other Continental European countries.
As part of BSI's transformative People (HR) function, your role within the People Advisory team will be pivotal in guiding and supporting our workforce.
This role aims to provide a positive colleague experience and efficient service to stakeholders and the business. It also involves setting up and improving local processes and policies aligned with BSI’s culture and future focus.
You will collaborate within the wider People function to deliver consistent, industry-aligned service, identify policy gaps, support procedural improvements, and ensure compliance with local employment law, working closely with the People Services Team leader and the People Partner.

Core Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality People Services administration in accordance with SLAs and statutory/business expectations.
2. Manage administration tasks supporting People team activities, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and Workday record maintenance.
3. Resolve Tier 1 People Services queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
4. Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate maintenance of colleague records for reporting.
5. Support, coach, and guide managers and colleagues in using Workday and other systems.
6. Deliver high standards of People Services, supporting the colleague lifecycle processes.
Skills and Experience
1. Strong HR administration or coordination experience.
2. Experience with French employment law; Spanish law is advantageous.
3. HR advisory experience is a plus.
4. Fluency in French is desirable.
5. Experience working in a pressurized, commercial environment.
6. High accuracy, quality, efficiency, and service ethic.
7. Proactive team player and relationship builder.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening.
9. Relevant education or training in HR, business administration, or related fields.
