Our client is a forward-thinking provider of Print, IT and Communication solutions based on the outskirts of Newport, Gwent. They are expanding their team and looking for a motivated, dynamic individual to join their Sales Development team. As a Telesales Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving growth by booking BSB appointments with clients in the industry.

The Role

As a Telesales BDM you'll be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through pro-active outreach. This includes making 80+ calls per day, leveraging email and social media and booking at least 10 appointments weekly. You'll work closely with Account Managers to convert these appointments into potential business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

* Make 80+ calls a day to engage with potential clients and set appointments on behalf of our clients.

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI's related to call volume, appointments booked, and overall sales performance.

* Use email, social media, and other digital tools to schedule and confirm meetings with potential clients.

* Secure 10+ meetings per week to prospective clients

* Collaborate with Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision makers.

What our client is looking for :

* Previous experience in B2B or B2C Telesales

* A strong can-do attitude, resilience and accountability

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* IT proficient with the ability to use CRM systems and digital platforms

* Metrics-Driven and goal-orientated mindset

* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
