I'm working with a leading premium hospitality group to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced talent professional to make a real impact by developing and implementing a robust recruitment strategy across a diverse portfolio of high-end hospitality businesses.
The Role:
This newly created role will focus on senior level recruitment across multiple brands within the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and embedding a consistent, scalable recruitment process - helping to attract, engage and retain top-tier talent across the business.
You will work strategically and operationally, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and People teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and leadership roles across the group
Develop and implement a proactive, long-term talent acquisition strategy
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs
Support and enhance the employer brand and EVP through consistent messaging and tone of voice
Design and execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners
Track and analyse key hiring metrics to improve performance and efficiency
Ensure a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior-level talent acquisition, preferably within multi-site or multi-brand environments
Background in premium or luxury hospitality or retail is highly desirable
Proven ability to build recruitment processes from the ground up
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and sourcing techniques
Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work at pace, drive results and adapt quickly
