We are looking for someone who will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and understanding their specific needs and challenges
Understand in detail our clients’ sourcing and procurement strategies, including category management and end-to-end procurement process optimization
Work with our account management team to help ensure existing customers are maximising their usage of Pactum whilst also identify potential new opportunities
Develop a strong understanding of Pactum’s capabilities and human capital
Earn customer trust by developing a deep understanding of their processes, problems and people
Influence executives to think differently about problems and solutions
Build compelling business cases that make the best use of Pactum’s core competencies to delight customers.
Sell customers on our solution and vision for the future.
Shape the future of the product, team and solutions - as a founding member, you will pave the way for how Pactum sells and what Pactum builds.
You are likely to succeed if you have…
A proven procurement consulting experience in working with Large Enterprise businesses
The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions
A deep understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Excels in running workshops and discovery activities with customers to identify pain points and solutions
Familiarity with various procurement technology platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
The ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively
An understanding of clients needs and a bias to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations
An effective team player, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment,capable presenter who can craft compelling narratives in a short span of time
At least 5 years of experience in procurement consultingScrappy and quick - you understand and can demonstrate the ability to move quickly to respond to incoming requests
