Bell Cornwall Recruitment are hiring a Secretary at a well-established sports organisation in Birmingham. They are looking for a confident individual with previous secretarial experience.
Secretary responsibilities:
1. Provide full admin support to the Executive Director, including diary, travel, meetings, and emails.
2. Assist with project tasks like tracking progress, gathering data, and meeting deadlines.
3. Help organise events by managing guest lists, venues, and logistics.
4. Support the department with admin duties such as CRM updates and filing.
5. Represent the organisation professionally, promoting its values and reputation.
The ideal candidate will have:
6. Previous secretarial experience at Director or senior level.
7. Strong admin skills and accurate minute-taking.
8. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
9. A proactive, professional attitude.
10. Excellent IT skills.
