Key responsibilities for the Performance Strategy Manager:
* Drive the end-to-end development of their strategic and financial plan, ensuring it’s clear, compliant and customer focused.
* Ensure the plan aligns with regulatory requirements, including UNC, Ofgem, and internal frameworks
* Support teams in creating robust, value-for-money investment cases.
* Review and refine planning processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and impact year on year.
Skills and Experience required for the Performance Strategy Manager:
* Experience in regulated sectors such as energy, utilities, telecoms, infrastructure, or the public sector is highly desirable
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Strong analytical mindset
* Comfortable working with financial data, investment cases, and complex business models
