GSL Education are inviting applications for a Pastoral Manager to work with a school in Wakefield (WF4), supporting learners’ social, emotional, and behavioural development. Responsibilities of Pastoral Manager: Overseeing learner wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance Providing one-to-one guidance and mentoring for pupils Supporting the implementation of pastoral programmes and initiatives Collaborating with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure learners are supported Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records Requirements of Pastoral Manager: Experience in pastoral care, mentoring, or student support Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with learners Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) If you are a proactive and caring Pastoral Manager ready to make a positive difference in Wakefield, we welcome your application.
