You\'ll provide second line support to the business, resolving escalated incidents and requests across desktop, server, network and applications.
Responsibilities
* Provide second line support diagnosing and resolving technical issues within a Microsoft environment.
* Take ownership of incidents through to resolution, supporting business critical systems and responding effectively.
* Support first line activities and assist basic network troubleshooting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a technical support role, supporting Microsoft 365 & AD users.
* Experience working with servers or within a server environment, along with experience using Intune.
* Strong communication skills with ability to communicate between technical and non-technical teams.
