The Role:
You will handle a broad mix of property litigation and civil/commercial disputes for private individuals, landlords and SMEs. The work is varied and commercially focused, with plenty of client interaction and autonomy from day one.
You will:
* Manage and develop your own litigation caseload.
* Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high client-care standards.
* Stay current with legal developments in your specialist areas.
* Handle correspondence, negotiations and, where appropriate, advocacy.
* Support smooth departmental operations, including billing and supervision.
* Contribute to business development and cross-department collaboration.

The Candidate & Benefits:
* You will be a 3+ PQE Litigation Solicitor
* Experience in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes.
* Strong communication skills and experience with privately paying clients.
* Ability to prioritise, work efficiently under pressure and maintain excellent written/oral standards.
* Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability and strong IT skills.
* Experience with CFAs/DBAs; prior marketing or networking activity.
