Your new role
This is a newly created job working 20 hours per week as a temporarymunications Assistant with an immediate start and an expected duration through to mid-July. You will be joining a busy and streamlined team. Your main duties will include:
2. Receiving, recording, and responding to enquiries from members of the public and other stakeholders.
3. Supporting themunications Manager with social value andmunication projects and tasks.
4. Monitoring and identifying customer feedback to identify trends.
5. Receiving, recording, and responding toplaints.
6. Providing support to operational teams.
7. Assisting with delivering internal and externalmunications, including helping to deliver internal campaigns.

8. Experience of working successfully within a public-facing environment.
9. A proven ability to handleplaints with consideration andpassion.
