We’re looking for an experienced Financial Director to join a forward-thinking elderly care organisation and play a key role in driving financial excellence, supporting high-quality care delivery, and influencing long-term growth.
About the Role:
As Financial Director, you will report directly to the CEO and be part of the senior leadership team. You’ll be responsible for leading the financial strategy across the business, overseeing financial planning and analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational performance across a portfolio of care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
