Looking for a flexible regional Health & Safety role with strong internal support and clear progression?
We’re supporting a well-established residential developer in their search for a Health & Safety Advisor to cover a defined East Midlands patch centred around Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham and Chesterfield and the immediate surrounding areas.
This is a genuinely flexible position, offering autonomy to manage your own diary across live sites, with the ability to work from home when not on site.
You’ll be part of a structured and experienced internal H&S team, with clear development routes in place and strong operational backing.

Strong internal support and structured progression What you’ll be doing:
Supporting multiple live residential construction sites
Conducting inspections, audits and producing reports
Reviewing and advising on RAMS and safe systems of work
Providing practical, hands-on support to site teams
Contributing to the continuous improvement of safety standards What we’re looking for:
NEBOSH General or Construction certificate (or equivalent)
Experience within residential construction or a similar environment
Confident communicator with a proactive, practical approach
Full UK driving licence This role would suit an established Health & Safety Advisor seeking greater autonomy within a defined regional patch, backed by a structured and supportive internal team.
