The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Financial Reporting should have:
* Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
