MR PORTER are now seeking a dynamic and highly creative Social Video Producer to shoot and oversee delivery of MR PORTER’s social first video output. Content will largely be shot in-house at Mr. Porter’s London Westfield offices. On occasion social shoots will take place on location, so candidates should be comfortable with travel. The Social Content Producer must be collaborative and happy to work in a small, dynamic team. You will be responsible for shooting + delivering fast turnaround, high-quality, trend-led video content that resonates with a culturally discerning, content hungry audience. Content should champion MR PORTER’s authority on men’s fashion, and drive brand awareness and engagement globally.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
8. Collaborate on the creative for and shoot MR PORTER’s social video, managing its output across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube and TikTok).
9. Monitor and respond to platform-specific analytics to develop a strong understanding of Mr. Porter’s audiences’ taste.
10. Role will primarily be a shooting role, but successful candidates must be able to edit proficiently, as this will be required during busy periods.
11. Balance brand storytelling with high-engagement video content that drives traffic to the Mr. Porter website.
The type of person we are looking for:
12. 3+ years of experience in video production, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or digital media.
13. Proven track record in directing, shooting, and editing digital video — especially for social.
14. Deep understanding of men’s fashion and contemporary style culture.
15. Strong creative vision combined with a highly collaborative, agile approach.
16. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, video formats, and storytelling best practices.
17. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
18. Basic sound design and colour grading ability a bonus.
19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
20. Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, precision, and polish.
21. Experience working within a luxury or premium brand context is preferred
