Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking qualified EYFS Teaching Assistants to work across Foundation Years (Nursery and Reception) within mainstream primary schools across Warwick and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced EYFS professionals who are passionate about early childhood development and are looking for flexible or longer-term work within supportive school environments.
The Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS settings
* Working with individuals and small groups to promote engagement and progress
* Assisting with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning
* Supporting children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Working collaboratively with class teachers and the wider EYFS team
Requirements:
* Relevant EYFS qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent)
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
* Experience working across EYFS within school settings
* A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
