The Purpose of the role: We are looking for a passionate and innovative Digital Transformation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving digital innovation and improving operational efficiency by championing low-code and no-code solutions. You will be at the forefront of shaping how we digitise, streamline, and simplify day-to-day processes within the trading department empowering teams to work smarter and more effectively. Working as Digital Transformation Analyst you will: Learn the business processes and digitise/optimise by developing low-code solutions and automations. Deliver tailored training and coaching on approved digital tools (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate etc.). Drive adoption of modern, effective techniques and continuously challenge the status quo. Maintain and encourage consistently professional technical standards across all solutions. Work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams using a hybrid development approach. Support root cause analysis and help define user requirements to produce clear and actionable specifications. Facilitate functional requirement assessments and assist users in aligning needs with suitable technology and data solutions. Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Act as a low-code subject matter expert, developing digital solutions that enable process change and efficiency. Deliver end-user training. Skills for Success Joining us as Digital Transformation Analyst the minimum criteria youll need is: Experience working on digital transformation initiatives, business process changes and project delivery. Expertise in Excel/VBA macros and Power Automate with hands-on experience automating repetitive business tasks. Experience in designing and deploying low-code apps or automations. Experience in building digital apps using Power Platform especially Power Automate and Power Apps, and Microsoft Flow. Full valid UK/EU driving license with access to your own vehicle The Attributes youll need include: A natural team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to knowledge-sharing. Resilient and able to deal with challenges/ objections confidently Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the role It is Desirable if you have: A Third level degree within a relevant field Certifications or formal training in software platforms such as Power Automate, SharePoint, or Power BI. This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
