Responsibilities: Command Platoon as per Unit's objectives and mission Lead, mentor and develop OCdts within Pl including the empowerment and supervision of JUOs. Facilitate good working relationships through understanding people and effective social skills to support collaboration. Provide advice and support to OCdts looking to conduct further military service in either the Regular or Reserve Force. Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others. Support the units annual Recruitment process with the intent to Attract a broad and diverse cohort of quality students. Lead or support tasks as directed by the OC in support of Coy and UOTC core business.
