This is a full-time, term-time only position with a salary reflective of your experience and the value you bring to the classroom.
Your Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, progress and wellbeing of pupils. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
2. Providing 1:1 and small-group support, including working with pupils with SEN
3. Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom
4. Assisting with preparation of learning materials and wider school activities

What We’re Looking For
9. Experience supporting children (primary school experience is ideal)
10. A patient, caring and positive approach to learning
11. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
12. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children (An enhanced DBS check is required)
13. Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
