Job Description:
Role purpose: To work collaboratively with the EMEA CDIT Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and Business Managers (BMs) to enhance practice group and lawyer performance, aligned with the strategic direction of EMEA. The role involves providing high-quality business partnering support, liaising with various stakeholders, and managing multiple HR functions such as engagement, talent reviews, performance management, career development, organizational development, and integration.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Understanding strategic needs of PGLs and BMs and coordinating with Talent Management and Recruitment teams.
2. Developing engagement plans and managing team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
3. Supporting organizational development efforts and facilitating the integration of lateral partners.
Travel may be required occasionally.
