My client is seeking a Property Solicitor with a focus on Commercial and Rural cases to handle high-value cases for landed estates, farming families, and long-standing clients in a beautiful, listed building. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a portfolio of commercial and rural property cases with a focus on high-quality, complex legal matters rather than high-volume transactions. Work closely with landed estates, farming families, and other long-standing clients to provide tailored legal solutions. Engage in detailed case preparation and management, ensuring thorough understanding and client satisfaction. Collaborate with a team of experienced solicitors and partners who provide training and mentorship. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial and rural property law. Strong understanding of the legal issues related to estate and agricultural cases. Ability to manage complex cases independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and build client relationships.
