An exciting opportunity has recently become available in Lancashire. We are seeking a new member for their Adult Assessment Team.
Responsibilities:
* Take personal responsibility for your professional development and performance levels.
* Manage your time effectively and respond flexibly to service needs.
* Provide support and cover for the Team Manager and/or Principal Manager.
* Participate in performance management activities, including supervision, PAR, team meetings, and service reviews.
* Follow departmental health and safety procedures.
* Develop skills through various work experiences such as secondments, job rotations, and shadowing.
* Contribute to information management processes.
* Support social work students on placement under the guidance of the Principal or Practice Manager, acting as a supervisor or Practice Teacher if trained.
* Understand and implement key council policies related to adult social care, especially multi-disciplinary working, integration, and whole-family approaches.

Candidate Requirements:
* Social Work England registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
* Full UK driving license.
* Post-qualified experience.
