Responsibilities
* Provide a first‑class service and deliver the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
* Maximise treatment and retail sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
* Deliver exceptional customer service which exceeds guest expectations.
* Provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience, maximising revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seeking assistance if additional support or training is needed.
* Provide professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote available treatments, recommending suitable home‑care advice for our guests to continue their results at home.
* Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to, and keep up to date with developments relating to the product ranges and any new treatments.
* Follow Champneys protocols and training programs, ensuring you are offering the best service to our guests, and attend training courses required for your therapist grade to offer all treatments a spa therapist should be offering.
* Be responsible for your working areas, ensuring that equipment is fully operational and clean, and report any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty at any time of day, adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
* liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists on the day's scheduled treatments, changes, additions, etc to meet the ever‑changing needs of our guests. Flexibility and cooperation are required, and this may also include shift changes.
Qualifications
We require candidates to hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Massage experience essential.

* Monday to Sunday
* 1000 - 1900
* 1100 - 2000
* Weekends are worked alternatively.
