Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Data and Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible forcollecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to help drivebusiness decisions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency indata analysis tools, and the ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams.
The role will require you to have an involvement with the daily running of the practice includingHR working in conjunction with the Practice Manager in this area.
Main duties of the job
You will help to embed our newpatient recall system and take responsibility for tracking and reporting itsactual performance throughout the year.
The output from your role willhelp the practice make data-driven decisions that can improve operationalefficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
Using searches within Ardens and EMISyou will monitor the volume of patients needing an invite alongside clinicalcapacity and will report any shortfall or excess capacity to the PracticeManager.
You will offer the reception &nursing team general support in respect of searches and invites.
You will have strong analyticaland problem-solving skills and you will be familiar with the Quality andOutcomes Framework indicators; Impact and Investment Fund indicators and aknowledge of Manchester local schemes would be a bonus. You will have a working knowledge of bothArdens and EMIS.
You will be responsible forsubmission for enhanced services with support from the Practice Manager.
Operationally you will work with the practice team to assess capacity and demand to ensure we are effectively using our team to ensure the best for our patients.
You will be involved in the day to day operations of the practice in conjunction with the Practice Manager covering such areas as capacity and demand, appointment usage, digital agenda, HR, PCN projects.
This is a new unique role withinthe practice and as such we are looking for someone who can adapt as the roleevolves.

You will have responsibility formonitoring, tracking, and reporting on the progress of our patient recallsystem throughout the year. Your role will support the practice in makingdata-driven decisions that can improve operational efficiency, customerexperience, and business outcomes.
Previous experience of workingwithin a Primary Care setting is essential.
You will have strong analyticaland problem-solving skills and you will already be familiar with the Qualityand Outcomes Framework indicators alongside and Impact and Investment Fundindicators and to have knowledge of Manchester specific schemes would be abonus.
You will also have a workingknowledge of both Ardens Manager and EMIS.
Key administrative requirementsof the role:
Understand the recall system andpromoting it to staff across the business.
Be the go-to expert on searcheswithin the practice.
Support existing members of theLong-Term Conditions team with searches as necessary.
Track and report search resultsto the Practice Manager.
Intervene and support theLong-Term Conditions team when the volume and type of searches deviate fromexpectations.
Identifying where clinicalappointments is a limiting factor in sending invites and support the PracticeManager in costing out options to overcome this.
Responsible for submission onCQRS and other required methods.
To deal with operational HR on a day to day basis.
