Job Description:
Join the specialist Planning & Insight Team of a global brand, where you’ll lead the creation of Sales Plays—the scalable, insight?driven pitch materials used by sales teams across the organisation. You’ll work alongside five Comms Planners, two Insight specialists, and a small design team who support with the visual storytelling.
This is a senior, high?impact role ideal for a Business Director–level comms planner from a media?agency background, with strong strategic thinking and exceptional storytelling skills.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Sales Plays for your sector—core pitch materials used widely by sales teams.
* Position the brand’s full suite of advertising products as objective?led media solutions.
* Champion comms planning and pitch best?practice across teams and senior leadership.
* Work cross?functionally with analytics, insight, creative, design, measurement, and product teams to build integrated, cross?product narratives.
* Support high?value pitches and create scalable materials used across regional and global teams.
* Contribute to sector business planning and help drive strategic sales opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
* Business Director / Client Director?level comms planning experience in a media agency.
* Proven ability to build insight?driven, compelling media pitches.
* Confident storyteller with strong structuring and narrative?development skills.
* Solid understanding of media planning, spanning video, display, TV, and digital ecosystems.
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex, cross?functional work.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; fluent English.

Mandatory Skills/ Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Business Director / Client Director level Comms Planning experience within a media agency environment.
* Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Non Essential Skills/ Qualification:
* Experience working with major brands and advanced level of experience in brand marketing
* Demonstrated knowledge of the digital media landscape including formats, buy types, and strategies across the sales funnel
* Knowledge of YouTube, video, TV, Display and an understanding of competitive pitching and objection handling.
* Complex problem solver & experience in leadership with the ability to work through ambiguity with your team.
