What You Will Be Doing
• Building and growing your own client portfolio
• Developing strong relationships with decision makers
• Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from introduction to placement
• Negotiating terms and maximising fees
• Running your desk like a business
• Taking full ownership of your performance and results
