 
        
        We are seeking experienced Civil Engineer(s) to be part of our Transport and Mobility Solutions Division. You will be accountable for developing design solutions in the local streets and infrastructure portfolio from concepts and feasibility plans to designs for planning application and construction details, using the latest digital design delivery methods. Our focus lies in the development of innovative and sustainable project solutions to drive efficiency and social values for our clients. As an experienced Civil Engineer, you will be passionate about:
 * Using and expanding your knowledge to deliver cost effective, innovative, safe, sustainable solutions that are of benefit to the community now and in the future
 * Mentoring and developing the skills and capabilities of junior team members
 * Complying with the requirements of the Integrated Management System including Health & Safety, Environmental and all other appropriate regulations
 * Working with a range of clients from local authorities, public and private developers to contractors
 * Using digital solutions to deliver a right first time approach
Qualifications
Candidate specification: The successful candidate will meet the following criteria.  * A relevant degree qualification, preferably with additional professional qualification(s)
 * Candidates with equivalent experience may be considered
 * Be technically astute, with some experience of mentoring and developing apprentices and graduates
 * Have demonstrable experience of working across multi‑discipline design projects, with a strong understanding of sound engineering principles
 * A confident communicator with good verbal and written skills
