Responsibilities
* Managing the daily running of the Endoscopy department across York Endoscopy.
* Assisting clinicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
* Completing pre-assessment for patients attending Endoscopy.
* Participating in the Nurses on-call rota.
* Completing e-rosters and keeping HR documents up to date in close collaboration with staff members.
* Keeping training and development documents up to date with current guidelines and completing training with staff members.
* Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and attending other training opportunities to promote excellence of care and practice within the department.
* Other tasks as required to support the department.
Qualifications
