Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDP to join our team at The Regency Hotel.
4 Days a Week
As a CDP, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals according to our recipes and specifications.
Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our hotel.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook food items according to menu specifications and recipes - Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner and meets quality standards - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment - Assist with the development of new menu items
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
: - Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast
-paced restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, including food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
