A global digital transformation consultancy is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Director to drive new business within the Financial Services sector, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and sell strategic digital transformation solutions to Financial Services clients.
* Lead account planning, define roadmaps, and build a strong, well-qualified pipeline.
* Work closely with Delivery, Customer Success, and Salesforce teams to shape value-led propositions.
* Engage C-level stakeholders with consultative, outcome-focused sales approaches.
* Present compelling transformation visions, progress opportunities, and close enterprise deals.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, account plans, and consistent year-on-year revenue growth.
Requirements
* Strong background in consultative sales or digital transformation services.
* Proven track record of winning new logos in Financial Services.
* Experience selling Salesforce professional services (Commerce Cloud experience ideal).
* Skilled in value-based selling, negotiation, and executive engagement.
* Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable running complex enterprise sales cycles.
