Overview

Location: Cardiff hybrid (2-3 days per week). We encourage office-based working on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 36.25 hours Monday to Friday 9-5


What you’ll be doing

* Onboarding: Welcoming new trainees as they join programmes and ensuring access to required online platforms and resources.
* Support: Providing advice and guidance, helping trainees understand course structure, booking essential in-car training sessions, and tracking progress to stay aligned with the syllabus and timelines.
* Conflict Management: Handling grievances and concerns, and resolving conflicts between trainees and trainers with professionalism.
* Management: Overseeing trainee attendance across in-car and online sessions, managing your diary to meet deadlines, and keeping trainee records up to date with cross-team communication.
* Progression: Supporting trainees as they prepare to transition into franchise roles and providing the necessary information and guidance.

* Proven ability to manage a customer journey from start to finish
