We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Teaching Assistant to support students aged 16–18 within a specialist further education setting. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working 8.45am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be working in an outstanding specialist college set within spacious, peaceful surroundings.

Learners have a range of Special Educational Needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Communication and sensory processing difficulties and Associated learning and developmental needs
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced classroom and pastoral support
* Mentor and guide students towards independence and employability skills
* Support learning programmes and lead small group activities
* Work closely with teaching staff and external professionals
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting young people with SEN needs
* Experience in senior or specialist TA roles is highly desirable
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the rural location
* A calm, confident and proactive approach
