An established and growing legal practice is currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join its busy Conveyancing Department based in Poole.
This role would suit someone with prior conveyancing experience (residential and/or commercial) and a solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion. You’ll be working closely with senior fee earners in a fast-paced but supportive team, delivering a high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing files in line with instructions
* Assisting with searches as required
* Supporting billing processes
* Audio typing dictated correspondence
* Word processing legal documents and materials
* Communicating with clients by telephone and accurately recording messages
* General administrative duties including filing and photocopying
* Maintaining an effective filing system for client and office matters
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners as required
