Job Purpose To act as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports in achieving personal goals and exceeding store targets. Primary Responsibilities ● Deliver an exceptional customer experience that follows the customer through their journey within the store ● Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations ● Provide the brand bra fit experience, ensuring the customers need are met and additional products are suggested where appropriate ● Participate in sales targets with management and tracking performance towards the set goals ● Understand and execute store merchandising standards, recovering and replenishing stock where needed ● Operate the till system ensuring all customer transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and services levels are maintained throughout ● Play an active role in loss prevention within the store, identify and notifying management of any stock that may be fault and/or have gone missing ● Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times ● Participate in training programmes and engage with in store initiatives Skills and Experience ● A passion for customer service and an enthusiasm for creating a personal experience for each and every customer ● A great communicator who is always looking for ways to help customers and other team members ● Calm and efficient approach to supporting customers, especially during busy periods ● Goal oriented with a passion for working towards, achieving and exceeding targets ● A team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive working environment for all team members ● Excited by change and a varied and fast-paced work environment ● An openness for learning new things and developing service skills, product knowledge and behaviours in an ever changing retail environment
