What you'll do Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, following HMRC legislation Manage starters, leavers, salary changes, and contractual updates Handle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) and pensions auto-enrolment Respond to payroll queries with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records, produce reports, and support finance and management Assist with year-end activities (P60s, P11Ds, reconciliations) Contribute to improving payroll processes and team best practices What we're looking for Experience in end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organisation Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax, NI, statutory payments, and pensions Experience with payroll systems and Excel Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Professional, discreet, and team-focused Perks & benefits Free on-site parking and access to an on-site gym Flexible working opportunities Generous pension contributions Supportive and inclusive team culture Ongoing training and development Temp role with strong chance to become permanent Why join us?
