We are currently seeking a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a highly capable Change Enablement Manager to ensure that technical and organisational changes are introduced into our live environment safely, predictably and with deliberate control. This role is critical in maintaining the stability of our services while enabling timely delivery of change across a complex, interconnected technology landscape.
In this position, you’ll prevent change‑related failures by ensuring impacts are understood, risks are articulated, dependencies are visible, and operational readiness is validated. You won’t be designing or building technical solutions — but you will ensure that every change is governed, assessed and executed with clarity and evidence‑based decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
Change Assessment & Impact Evaluation
* Review changes with strong technical, business and operational insight.
* Analyse dependencies across applications, data, cloud, networks and integrations.
* Evaluate impacts on resilience, security, performance and service continuity.
* Identify risks, assumptions and mitigations.
Change Governance & Control
* Oversee the complete change lifecycle and ensure consistent governance.
* Facilitate CAB/ECAB sessions and ensure evidence‑based approval.
* Maintain quality standards for change records and documentation.
Operational Readiness & Validation
* Ensure testing completeness, rollback planning and recovery steps.
* Validate support readiness, monitoring and logging requirements.
* Confirm alignment with architectural guardrails.
* Own the forward schedule of change (FSC).
* Identify potential collisions, contention and high‑risk combinations.
* Manage freeze windows and protections for critical events.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
* Communicate purpose, timing, impact and risk of changes.
* Engage architecture, service owners, platform teams and suppliers.
* Provide updates before, during and after implementation.
* Lead PIRs and embed lessons learned.
* Identify systemic or recurring risks.
* Feed findings back into architecture, service and delivery processes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalent experience.
* Strong experience in managing third‑party suppliers and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Understanding of cyber security principles and practices.
* Experience with IT Service Management software, specifically Service Now.
