About the Role
As a Retail / Post Assistant you will be at the forefront of providing amazing service to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team and take advantage of development opportunities through apprenticeships and in house training.
What You Can Expect to be Doing
* Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service.
* Controlling costs
* Till operation and cash handling
* Processing bill payments, car tax payments, vehicle registration, passport and driving licence applications
* Selling financial products and services to meet targets
* Controlling and replenishing stock levels
* Maintaining security within the store according to Company procedures
A Few Things About You
We need individuals who are reliable, hardworking and passionate about customer service!
* Previous experience in retail and post office is preferred but not essential
* Helpful, friendly and comfortable working with the public
* To be enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated
* To be able to work as part of a team but also on their own initiative
